Summary:

Instructional materials will be ranked via rubric. The ultimate determination/selection of the committee will be determined by the highest scoring materials that are affordable to the district, based on instructional material funding. Upon selection of the Social Studies materials, the proposed materials adoption will be taken to the Bloomfield School Board of Education for approval. Public notice of vendor presentations must be advertised and opened to the public. Public notice will be given in the form of the November 2022 Board of Education workshop minutes. pursuant to 22-15-8 NMSA 1978 and the vendor presentation schedule will be posted on the Bloomfield Schools website.
